2010 National Conference

Are you suffering from Roadtrip withdrawal? Missing all the friends you made and wondering how we’re going to change the world next year?

Are you sick of receiving emails from faceless people from the other side of Oaktree? Do you want to meet your counterparts in the other states?

The 2010 National Conference is your chance to catch up with your Oaktree buddies, meet some new amazing like-minded people and be inspired to continue to work together to end global poverty! Whether you have been in Oaktree for 3 years, 3 weeks or 3 days, the National Conference is your chance to reconnect with the organisation, with our vision for 2011, and with other Oaktree volunteers.

The Conference is going to be a fantastic weekend. We’ll hang out, improve our volunteering skills through brilliant training sessions run by experienced professionals, learn more about development from international experts in the field, and basically have a whole lot of fun.

Most importantly, we’ll also create our vision for Oaktree in 2011, get to know each other better with team building activities, and work out how we’re going to continue raising awareness, educating our peers, empowering ourselves and motivating communities to improve the future.

Life can often get in the way of our ability to help make the world a better place, but for three days, we’re all about Oaktree. This Conference is about improving your volunteer experience, so we can help Oaktree go on to bigger and better things.

So come join us from the 3rd to the 5th of December in Phillip Island, Victoria for an exciting Oaktree weekend!

Registrations will close at 5pm on November 12th, so sign up now!

By registering and paying now you will be confirming your spot for the Conference.
